Planning future development, being proactive and researching the need for exciting new products has played an enormous part in the success of Baking Australia to date.
 
 Baking Australia’s range of frozen baked and unbaked pastries is both unique and innovative. Our value added range includes filled sweet and savoury puff pastries, a premium range of “thaw and serve” and “thaw and heat” choux pastries, frozen dough’s, and a premium range of gourmet pies, sausage rolls and  low fat pies and sausage rolls. 
 
Our puff pastry is manufactured to the traditional French method, using premium quality butter or vegetable margarine, (no animal fats are used in our pastry and all margarines used are (‘virtually trans free’) giving it a “golden brown” appearance with superior texture and taste.
 
 Once manufactured all of our products are snap frozen to retain freshness, then stored in our freezers ready for distribution to any location in Australia. 
 
At Baking Australia we are proud of our achievements, we pay special attention to quality, consistency, reliability, and strive to offer to our customers service second to none. We are HACCP accredited, and HALAL certified, and constantly review our systems to ensure that we deliver a safe quality product every time.
