Baking Australia is a family business, Maunfacturing a range of savoury and sweet filled pastries available both frozen unbaked and frozen baked. the business was established in 1991. During the past 21 years we have developed a product range consisting of 184 product lines.
Our customer base is as wide and varied as our product range. we have products that are suitable to almost every sector in the market, food service, retail, bakery. cafes, schools and catering just to name a few.
We are base in Brisbane and over the past 21 year have established a network of 32 distributors across the country. Our present manufacturing facility in absolutely state of the art with full climate control, we have a blast freezer capable of freezing one tonne of product per hour. We store all of our products in a 500 pallet storage freeze, this means we are never out of stock.
We are both HACCP and HALAL accredited.
